Luke, Past President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society and former Central Florida
District Director of the Florida Surveying & Mapping Society joined Henrich Trotter Carter & Ayers bringing Global
Positioning System (GPS), Field to Finish Data Collection and Robotic technology to enhance the firms capabilities.
In March 2004, Henrich Trotter Carter & Ayers, LLC acquired the assets of Swaggerty Land Surveying, Inc.
In
an effort to honor the founders of the two firms, Leon F. Henrich and Steven B. Swaggerty and recognize the new management;
the firm was renamed HENRICH-LUKE & SWAGGERTY, LLC.
